Tobacco Cessation

OceanFirst Bank applies a bi-weekly tobacco surcharge to any employee and/or spouse who is a declared tobacco user and participates in a Bank medical plan.

The Bank partners with the American Lung Association (ALA) to offer a Tobacco Cessation Program to employees and/or spouses who are declared tobacco users.
